Water Filter Specifications
1) PP (Pre-carbon filter):
The primary function of the PP pre-carbon filter is to remove sand, silt, dust, and volatile impurities from the water. It is installed as the first stage in the system.
Its multilayer structure maximizes the internal surface area and captures a large volume of sediment and solid particles — particularly common after plumbing maintenance or supply disruptions.
2) CTO:
The filter is designed to stabilize the concentration of chemical compounds in drinking water and filter out:
– Chloride
– Ozone
– Pesticides
– Rust
– Calcium carbonate
It also reduces the concentration of heavy metals such as lead, copper, etc.
3) UF – Ultrafiltration Membrane:
Removes heavy elements, bacteria, and larger microorganisms (e.g., Cryptosporidium, Giardia, etc.) from water.
Its 0.02–0.05 micron pores consistently filter even smaller particles such as viruses, macromolecules, and colloids — while retaining essential ions beneficial for the human body.
4) T-33:
An industrial-grade coconut shell activated carbon filter that performs the final treatment of water.
It improves taste and odor, and removes remaining chlorine particles, trihalomethane compounds, pesticides, herbicides, and more that may be left from previous filtration stages.
